Question 1

What is Filtrs.co?

Accepted Answer

Filtrs.co is a resale-arbitrage platform for professional resellers. It searches multiple marketplaces at once, estimates resale margins from verified sold-price data, and tracks every purchase and sale in one place, across the web dashboard, Discord and a Chrome extension.

Question 2

Who is Filtrs.co built for?

Accepted Answer

Independent resellers, flippers and small resale businesses that source across several marketplaces and want data, not guesswork, behind every buy. It works across sneakers, streetwear, electronics, collectibles and general goods.

Question 3

Which marketplaces are supported?

Accepted Answer

eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Depop, Vinted, Grailed and Google Shopping, each of which you can switch on or off. Availability varies by region (for example, Vinted is not currently available in Australia), and new sources are added over time.

Question 4

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Sign in with Discord; there is no separate password to manage. Set your location and currency, choose your sources and run your first search. Most people are set up in a few minutes.

Question 5

How are margin estimates calculated?

Accepted Answer

Each estimate compares a listing’s price with recent verified sold comps for the same item. Where there are too few comparable sales for a reliable figure, Filtrs.co shows the sample size instead of a misleading percentage.

Question 6

Is a margin estimate a guarantee of profit?

Accepted Answer

No. Estimates are based on historical sales and market conditions that can change at any time. They are decision-support information, not financial advice, and you remain responsible for every purchase and sale you make.

Question 7

How do automated offers and auction bids work?

Accepted Answer

With the paired Chrome extension, Filtrs.co can send offers on Facebook Marketplace listings that clear your margin threshold, and place scheduled bids on eBay Australia auctions. Both run in your own browser session and start in testing mode, which completes every step except the final send, so nothing goes out until you switch it on.

Question 8

How is my account information protected?

Accepted Answer

You sign in with Discord OAuth, so we never see your Discord password. The Chrome extension works inside your existing browser session and never receives or stores your marketplace credentials. You can revoke any paired browser at any time.

Question 9

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Filtrs.co Pro includes a monthly token balance used by searches, research and chat. Every action shows its exact cost next to your remaining balance, so there are no surprise charges. See the Pricing section above for what is included.

Question 10

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel at any time. Refund requests are reviewed by our support team in line with our Terms of Service. Nothing in our terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Question 11

Is automated buying allowed by marketplace rules?

Accepted Answer

Each marketplace sets its own terms, and some, including eBay’s User Agreement, restrict automated ordering or bidding. Search and research are read-only and unaffected. Automation features are optional, and you are responsible for making sure your use complies with each platform’s terms.

Question 12

Is Filtrs.co affiliated with these marketplaces?

Accepted Answer

No. Filtrs.co is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay, Meta, Depop, Vinted, Grailed or Google. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
