Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Filtrs.co’s website, web app, Discord bot and Chrome extension (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Filtrs.co helps resellers search marketplaces, estimate resale margins from sold-price data, track purchases and sales, and optionally automate certain actions. Margin estimates, verdicts and other outputs are estimates based on data that may be incomplete or change over time. They are general information, not financial, investment or professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of any outcome. You are solely responsible for your buying and selling decisions.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Discord account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord account and any paired browsers secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions, tokens and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and include a token balance used by actions such as searches, research and assistant messages. Each action shows its token cost. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except where required by law. We may change prices or token allowances with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your plan will not renew after cancellation.

5. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refund requests are considered in line with those laws.

6. Third-party marketplaces and automation

Filtrs.co is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay, Meta, Depop, Vinted, Grailed, Google or any other marketplace. Each marketplace has its own terms, and some restrict automated messaging, ordering or bidding. Automation features are optional. If you enable them, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with each marketplace’s terms and with applicable law, and for any actions taken through your accounts.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by: using it unlawfully; harassing or spamming other people; attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; interfering with or overloading the Service; copying, scraping or reselling the Service or its data; or reverse engineering it except where the law allows.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you add, such as portfolio records and messages. You give us permission to store and process it to provide and improve the Service.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Filtrs.co or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own resale activities.

10. Changes and availability

We continually improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and data from third-party sources may sometimes be unavailable or inaccurate.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made using margin estimates or actions taken by automation you enabled. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put the Service, other users or third parties at risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
